Unable to translate CHM online help

It seems to be enabled by default, with or without manually enable it doesn't have any differences for me. It always worked fine for other sites (e.g: mail.ru), only the site I mentioned above that I believe was extracted from the CHM file it doesn't work.

Another detail: not all the translation extensions on Chrome webstore worked, e.g: the extension Simple Translate I'm using doesn't work. The guy on github said this worked: https://about.imtranslator.net/add-ons/ I have not yet confirmed what he said. Since I started to use Catsxp, I found there is no needs to install any external extensions. Except Simple Translate (that I always used on both Firefox and Chrome before I knew Catsxp) I use it to translate a block of text (right click -> Translate to English only works for whole website), I didn't install any other extensions for a long long time.

Self-built translation is used by default. Please try switching to Google

if you are blocking any scripts in the Catsxp shields options or other global ways, that could be the issue....was for me.

Turn off "block scripts" under advanced controls...refresh or revisit site....should work then.

Update: this seems to be not Catsxp specific bug but Chromium bug, Google Chrome's right click -> Translate to English also failed to work on that site.

at least click on the shield if you use filtering, ensure "block scripts" not set on.

The other way a script could be blocked if either global or site settings, javascript as a permission is blocked.

Whole page translation. Block of text translation worked fine with Simple Translate. I don't enable Super Drag so I can't tell if the new built-in block of text translation feature worked or not.

Only that site. As I said, it worked fine on other sites like mail.ru.
