Since v3.9.2 release - web page flickering

The cause is unknown. It could be some ads failed to be blocked or it could be indeed rendering problems. But it's real. I want to report it so you could know that there is a problem like that. I can't give you any videos because it happened randomly and not specific to any websites. This happened since v3.9.2 release. Previous versions didn't have such a problem.

My problem is more about embedded media, e.g: embedded TikTok on forums, animated ads on websites,...

They are causing the flickering. A very quick flicker that only happened once when loading the page.

After the page is fully loaded, they are gone. This happens either when using Catsxp Shields or Ublock Origin.

It seems to have nothing to do with hardware acceleration or the graphics card, as unlike that user, I have never experienced any problems on YouTube.
