It's a Chromium decision ("User-Agent Reduction").

UA-platform is fixed at "Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64" on All Windows.
Google Chrome 109.0.5414.141 shows "Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64" on Windows 7 x86(32bit).

This is not a bug, it's just a setting
It can be understood as hidden protection

IT was at Edge but MS ''fixed'' it.
