It doesn't appear even in private mode, so it's likely not caused by an extension.
The comment section is visible in Chrome.
Comments aren't loading even on short videos.

Ad blocking? Have you ruled out the influence of extensions?

Resetting catsxp://flags/ fixed the issue.
