"Catsxp cannot read and write to its data directory"

Hello, I installed Catsxp on a brand new laptop. Usually I would turn on the "--user-data-dir=./User Data" in Startupparm and it works normally. But now on this new laptop it shows the error: "Catsxp cannot rea and write to its data directory C:\Programs Files(x86)\CatsxpSoftware\Catsxp-Browser\Application\User-Data"

How can I fix this? If not, where do user data stored in?

Due to permission issues, files cannot be created on the system disk. Please set the location to a non-system disk and use the full path
