Telegram audio

The last few releases don't want to play audio on Telegram in the browser.
The current version is 4.12.3 x64 windows.

Yes the audio will not play.You click on any audio file and it will attempt to play but doesn't.
A few versions back the audio was fine.

The relevant certificates cannot be obtained and there is currently no solution
Previously, it played normally because the website did not use a certificate for audio encryption
