Since the appearance of the Mac version, the browser's download links have been redirected to forum links, which may not inspire confidence in the user (as well as being unprofessional). Why not offer a pop-up for each OS indicating the different browser versions available (standard, portable, etc...) ? This would make the presentation of download links more professional.

Considering different network environments, each version should have at least two different download addresses, and users can choose the faster download address themselves
