[Catsxp Dark] file:/// path support

With "file:///C:/example/例子.html" open, Catsxp Dark displays the following:

This affects all "file:///" URIs.

Instead, I would like for it to function like this:

(NOTE: I used "DevTools" to edit the path text, as a demonstration.)

My hope is to be able to toggle each unique "file:///" URI. This is because some require different settings to display correctly.

Though, due to the way Dark Reader works, the full path might not be doable.

So, while this is less ideal, maybe it could work based on filename:

The built-in dark is a temporary transition and will not be used continuously. Optimizing it is of little significance

So it will be replaced with something better? I really enjoy how it can apply a dark theme pages that normally can't be affected. For example: Chrome Web Store and chrome:// URIs.

I hope whatever it is replaced with is able to do the same.
