Using v4.9.5 Beta-3 (W7-64bit), but not sure if this is a bug and/or it may have happened in a previous version.

Occasionally on a rev change, I check settings.

I first noticed the content - page zoom was set to 25% (although my default was 110%). The 25% was not affecting web pages. I reset to 110%

Checking other settings under Performance - general, Tab hover preview card appearance, I click the setting but it takes me to:

Appearance settings but there is nothing about Choose to show memory usage and images in the tab hover preview card in those sections.
Is a link pointing to an incorrect setting??

click it, nothing happens where it should lead to

this one still does nothing for me. click it and zippo!

This feature is currently not functioning properly and it is unclear which aspect is causing the issue
