i downloaded both 32-bit and 64-bits of portable of version v 4.9.1

however i totally cannot install any extensions from https://chromewebstore.google.com/category/extensions

below is the full error

Tested normally
Please try to exclude the impact of extensions or scripts

Can you please explain in more simple method
I am using Windows 11 Version 23H2 (OS Build 22631.4037)
