download error when installing all extensions

i downloaded both 32-bit and 64-bits of portable of version v 4.9.1
however i totally cannot install any extensions from
https://chromewebstore.google.com/category/extensions
below is the full error
Download error: Download interrupted

Tested normally
Please try to exclude the impact of extensions or scripts

Can you please explain in more simple method
I am using Windows 11 Version 23H2 (OS Build 22631.4037)

Most portable Chromium builds do not support installing from the Chrome Web Store directly, because they:
Disable Google account sync
Don’t use the official Google API keys
Block extension updates from Google’s servers

Don't write nonsense.
I have always used and use only portable versions of Chromium browsers and have never used Google sync.
Always installed extensions from the online store.
Don’t use the official Google API keys
Block extension updates from Google’s servers
Blocking extensions has never affected or affects the installation of new extensions.

Extensions from the store are installed without problems.
