Alter StartupParm.txt and the browser will not start

Well, I tried to enable --disable-dwm-composition, --disable-pwas-install, --disable-webtorrent-extension, --disable-windows10-custom-titlebar, and --disable-vertical-tabs. All of these features I don't use, and --disable-dwm-composition is recommended for Windows 7/8.1 users like me, as I recall. But the browser will refuse to start. I have to comment out each of them by trial and error to see which of them is causing the issue. But finally, I can't find what the problematic switches are. I ended up having to comment out all of them, so my StartupParm.txt is the same as what you shipped by default. Now the browser will launch again. The only thing that is safe to put in StartupParm.txt is --incognito. This is what I discovered.
