It seems that html5 geolocation api is not working correctly or not installed, because it does not work on any site I have tried.
OS Windows 7 64bit
(It does not depend if the WinRT is enabled or disabled in Catsxp experiments, because this service is not supported on Windows 7 at all.)
For example:
https://mylocationnow.io/
Enable the geolocation for this site, then see the section "Browser Geolocation" and click the button "See your location". The site still complains that it is not allowed to see my location.
The same with google.com - the only working geolocation is from my IP.

Re: Geolocation API not working (Win7)
Location by IP address works, but I mentioned the other option - browser (device) location by the API, which is below it on the mentioned page. You did not attach the correct screenshot.
See my attachment and FIX it, please. This function is very important, because the IP geolocation is very inaccurate.

Re: Geolocation API not working (Win7)
This feature requires support from the underlying system kernel
Win7 is not supported, regardless of whether this feature is enabled or not

Re: Geolocation API not working (Win7)
As a workaround, a custom geolocation profile in the Developer Tools can be used. You must however set it manually every time you want to use it, the settings is not permanent.
