Shortcut key F9 for take screenshot is not working

I am using x64 portable Zip on Windows 10.
Shortcut key F9 for take screenshot is not working.

I know that screenshot is in the shortcuts next to the address bar

It is not recommended to take screenshots through shortcut keys

There are two possibilities of taking screenshots through a shortcut:

The other one, named "Full page screenshot" actually works. It even takes a screenshot of not only visible part of page, but a whole long page! Nice feature.
