Can't select either Turn on Catsxp News or No thanks. It's stuck. This will happen again and again with each newtab you opened.

This is irrelevant. On previous versions up to 3.12.1, the dialog is also there, but it isn't being placed in the wrong position like it currently is. Don't you see it's moving up and overlapping with the stats? It doesn't do that on previous versions. And, as I recall, it's possible to choose to turn on or disable the feature on previous versions. On 3.12.2, the buttons are useless and I can't even select it.

I'm using Windows 8.1 64 bit. Could you test on Windows 8.1 64 bit?

The situation improved in 3.12.3 and I consider it as acceptable, even though the behavior is not the same as on previous versions. Btw, clearing of cache doesn't work. It only changed after I upgraded to 3.12.3. You always run the latest version, this is the difference between you and me.
