When I install any of the Themes from Chrome Store, their NTP background images are not visible on new blank tabs, only the background color.

For example, install this theme https://chromewebstore.google.com/detai ... kaop?hl=cs.
Instead of cats, you will only see a pink background on NTP blank page.

Is this a Chromium limitation, or Catsxp?
