System level install

If I try to install the v. 3.11.4 using the full offline setup installer (approx. 101 MB), it always installs itself at user level into the username/appdata/local/CatsxpSoftware folder, on Windows.

I tried to use the command line switch --system-level, which should make the installer to install Catsxp into Program files and Program files (32) folders, but the switch does not work. The latest version that installed itself at system level was 3.10.4.

Can the Chrome switches be used with the Catsxp full offline installer, or is it only a self-extracting archive, which unpacks and runs the setup.exe without any parameters?

Automatic upgrade (installation) program, if customized to other directories, will cause subsequent calls to fail and prompt upgrade errors.
