when i installed this old theme

it crashes.can you check out plz?

can the administator tell me why the above theme is not installed anymore? the browser crashes when i click it to install it.thanks.

I have the same problem with different old themes in Windows 8.1.
For example with this one: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/deta ... deienflcoh
Windows 10 does not have this problem.
Apparently the problem is the compatibility of the 117 kernel and old Windows.
In old CatsXP 3.8.3 kernel 116 in Windows 8.1 everything works fine.
