I don't get it as no matter the flag setting (enabled or default), the translation is not happening automatically. I have to right click translate to make it happen.

but Catsxp auto translate should do it "automatically" without my intervention, right?

Automatic translation does not mean automatic translation as soon as you enter a non-native language web page,
Send a translation instruction in the same tab, and the subsequent pages will be automatically translated without repeating the operation
