При наведении на любую папку в панели закладок появляется подсказка с названием папки. Которая (подсказка) мне совершенно не нужна так как я и сам могу прочитать название папки. Это удобно, если на панели одни иконки сайтов, а так как у меня панель заполнена папками то эти подсказки только раздражают.

Can't the new tab be set? Or extension exception?
