Basically, when I hover the mouse over the address bar, the address bar expands vertically a little bit (I guess that this is expected behavior). But when I move the mouse away from the address, sometimes, but not always it does not 'unxexpand' or 'get smaller' (in other words, sometimes i stays in its 'vertically expanded' or enlarged format, therefore blocking some of the website design - here are some better pictures I've highlighted to better show what I mean:

Why does the address bar even expand or get big in the first place when i hover the mouse over it? the url fits fine in the 'unexpanded' version...is here a way to disable this expansion?

To clarify, it is not exactly easy to reproduce. but if you press enter on the url bar with keyboard, then move your cursor down, the address bar does not 'retract', it stays expanded, sometimes blocking some part of the page as screenshots above show. But maybe not every single time..I can't 100% always reproduce it...

Maybe this is a related or same issue: I added some bookmarks. Despite choosing the option to "never" display bookmarks, the bookmarks appear nevertheless. In addition, as I have shown, they do not always disappear when I hover away from the address bar...

Expected behavior is that if I have selected for bookmarks to never appear, they should never appear...
