Content Filters download failed

I tried with other mirrors. It always reports Download failed. I have the impression that it will fail with any links I give to it.

I waited for many minutes and it reports nothing but Download failed. I even go to other settings for a while before go back to Content Filters to be sure that the UI is refreshed.

It's Download failed and it always Download failed. I can't do anything. The very same link open in address bar loads almost constantly. My network speed is not bad. I select to view source and it said:

Your file couldn’t be accessed
It may have been moved, edited, or deleted.
ERR_FILE_NOT_FOUND

This means it failed to download. Your code is problematic.

I know the trick to use Update now to force it to download. This is not the first time I encountered this Download failed bug. But this time it doesn't work.

Even more annoying. After you quit the browser and relaunched, all of the links you added disappeared. I tried to add a new link, and the previously added links now suddenly reappear! Btw, the links are always reported as Download failed.

I don't know if this information is useful or not. But I'm testing in a new profile. It's not the default profile.
