Download of 3.12.3 beta-2 is the same error. I'm currently have problem with the newtab page on 3.12.2. I wanted to try 3.12.3 beta-2 but I found beta versions are not uploaded to the alternative host. Btw, the alternative host is working again. Thank you.

v4.5.4 catsxp.oss-cn-hongkong.aliyuncs.com 下载连接中的文件名错误。肉眼看不出不过对比了123网盘的下载连接发现文件名是portable_x86_release_125_4_5_%EF%BC%94.zip 和portable_x64_release_125_4_5_%EF%BC%94.zip。
可能是用了非英文字体。
