И у меня также! Поставил на чистую систему, поставил своих 2 расширения (FVD Speed Dial v.81.2.6 & EverSync - Sync bookmarks, backup favorites v.23.1.4), закрыл браузер и всё : браузер больше не запускается!!! Одни проблемы с этим браузером(((

Не знаю почему, НО РАБОТАЕТ НЕ КАЖДЫЙ РАЗ!!! Открываешь браузер - ничего нет, не работает ; закрываешь, снова запускаешь - работает. Бывает, что 2, а то и 3 раза надо браузер перезапустить, чтоб расширение FVD Speed Dial v.81.2.6 заработало!!! Что-то ему мешает полноценно запускаться!!!

У меня Windows 10 Pro 22H2_19045.2546 x64! Устанавливаю Catsxp v.3.2.2 x64 Portable на диск D.
Ничего не ставлю, произвожу рестарт - chrome://restart : браузер закрывается, моргает, но не перезапускается!!! Эта ошибка N1 - и такая ошибка у многих пользователей!
Бывает, что совсем не хочет запускаться! Моргнёт и всё, не открывается! Эта ошибка N2 тоже у многих пользователей!
И ошибка N3 это не работает (то работает, то не работает) расширение FVD Speed Dial v.81.2.6 - тоже у многих пользователей!
Проверьте тщательней версию Catsxp x64 на Windows x64!!!!!

Перешёл с Catsxp на Slimjet!!! И очень рад! На Slimjet всё прекрасно работает и нет никаких багов!!! А Catsxp это самописный код одним разработчиком с множеством ошибок!(((
