Unable to display emojis

I'm using Windows 8.1, 64-bit. This problem has happened since many versions ago. But I think it's because I'm using an outdated OS without the needed fonts, so it's normal. Today, I realized this is not normal because Firefox on the very same OS has no problems displaying emojis. What I see on Catsxp is squares instead of emojis. Some specific emojis can be displayed. But they are in classic style and very ugly.

I used to think the same. But after I found it's displaying normal on Firefox and other Chromium-based browsers, I think it's Catsxp's problem.
