Typing on the address bar is slow, especially when you are deleting the typed text with the backspace key. Typing on websites is not that slow. But I can feel that there is a lag compared to previous versions.

Still a problem on 4.5.2 release. I have discovered the root cause. I have too many bookmarks! If export to html, the html file will be about 8MB. Turn off show autocomplete suggestions for bookmarks on address bar will help. But I need this feature. Please see if you can do anything about that. Thank you.

The problem is that it only happens on 4.5.2, aka kernel 125. In previous versions, it had no problems. Something must be changed, or regressions have been introduced.

I have reduced the number of bookmarks. If I export to HTML, then the HTML file will be about 1MB. It improved a bit, but not much. Typing in the address bar is still very slow. I also found browsing the bookmarks via the Bookmark Bar affected, too. It needs more time to expand the bookmarks when I hover over a folder, and I can feel very clearly that it's lagging when I hover over the bookmarks.

I usually export and import bookmarks via an HTML file. I do this to export bookmarks to my other CatsXP profiles. I found that when I delete a folder that contains many bookmarks (more than 1000), other bookmarks lose their favicons. It will take a while for the favicons to be restored. Importing a large number of bookmarks has the same issue. It takes an unusual amount of time to restore the favicons of the bookmarks. Compared to previous versions in the past, this will be done almost instantly.
