便携版启动的第一个标签页不会自动加载背景图，需要按F5才加载，第二个标签页之后没有这个问题。

现在升级到版本 3.12.3 Kernel: 120.0.6099.120，基本上正常了，但是还是有差别，默认打开的标签页的经常访问网站图标和时间等区域的背景是黑色的（F5就会变透明），手动添加的标签页背景是透明的。

I don't understand Chinese and what I read is via Google Translate. But if you are talking about the first tab page opened when you launch the browser's background is black, it has been always been the case for me. Open a new tab next to it, that new tab will have proper background. You can also reload the current tab to get the background reloaded. The reason? I don't know! But I know how to fix it: go to Appearance and choose a Light theme. A Dark theme for the browser will cause this!

New observation on latest version (3.12.3): On previous versions, the whole background is black. On this version, it's like this:

Additional information: If you still want to use a Dark theme like me, there is one trick. This bug has something to do with the cache. I observed that, if you close the browser too fast, when you reopen it, it will fail to load the background. So, the key is, don't close the browser too fast. I always close all tabs, only leave one empty tab, wait about 30s before use Menu -> Exit (don't click X, it's more likely to trigger the bug than using Menu -> Exit). Another note is, don't turn off your computer too soon after you quit the browser, too. Wait about 30s after you closed the browser before you turn off your computer. This is my experience.
