Missing password saving popup

Once I register myself on a web page, the password manager does not show the popup window, offering saving the new password.
I have to find the "key" icon in the URL bar and click it manually. Any way to restore the popup? It was more convenient.

This bug (or a new feature) exists since 3.11.5, also present in 3.12.1.

I even tried a clean new profile, but only got the key icon, not the password saving popup after web login... strange.

Yes, I have autofill turned ON, but the password saving popup is still unavailable, only after clicking the key icon.

Back up the original user data, then delete the old user data, and let catsxp reconfigurve the new and complete user data。

It seems that some web sites do not allow login data to be saved automatically, i.e. display the popup.
So, it is not a problem of Catsxp. Thank you for your assistance.
