Problem downloading 32bit portable version

Hi,

I can no longer download 32bit portable version. I am in the UK and get these errors:

This site can’t be reached www.123pan.com took too long to respond - ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT
This started happening within the last week.


When using https://catsxp.oss-cn-hongkong.aliyuncs ... 3_11_3.zip
I get this -

The download server www.123pan.com is not yet reachable from Europe. It is not temporary. Apparently the Chinese side applied some firewall rule to block European IPs.

So, all download links, presented on the main site catsxp.com, are now useless for us.
