How to disable preloading of pages on Catsxp?

I followed the guide for Chrome, opened Settings -> Privacy and security -> Cookies and other site data but I didn't see the setting there. Please help. Thank you.

Is it even possible on Catsxp? Or is it being superseded by the Memory Saver feature and can't be managed manually anymore?

In my impression, this function is disabled.

It seems Brave developers decided to supersede it with the Memory Saver feature. Unfortunately, it seems to me that Memory Saver still requires everything to be loaded first before it can determine which tabs to discard. It's much better if there is an option to tell Memory Saver to not load the tab before I switch to it.
