If DirectWrite is disabled, the error written in the title will occur on some sites (such as sites using wordpress).

As an example, it definitely occurs on the following sites:
Disable DirectWrite → Restart → Quit the browser once → After restarting, you can reproduce by accessing the following site.
https://www.blogbear.xyz/

Occurs in both 3.8.2, 3.8.3-b7.
Up until 3.8.1 it was fine.
