3.8.2 Version 3 Appearance Bug

In said current beta version, there is now an "All Bookmarks" toolbar, so to speak, that has appeared on the far right side of the bookmarks bar. It was not there in 3.8.1

Clicking it says "open side panel to see all bookmarks

I don't use the sidebar and don't want that on my bookmark bar, but I can see no way to remove it. Please allow it to be removed.
