Update: There used to be the url catsxp://adblock and I set Dark to be disabled on that url. For unknown reasons, the rule will also be applied on adblockplus.org. Nowadays on modern Catsxp, the url catsxp://adblock now redirects to catsxp://settings/shields/filters. The rule for it is obsolete. As I have used the same profile for so long, the obsolete rule is still there. It can be deleted. Click into Dark icon, choose Settings -> Site list and remove adblock. Very simple.
