教你如何开启114内核版本测试版新界面

Catsxp浏览器终于更新到114内核版本，更新后可以开启以下Chrome 2023 Refresh新界面的flags进行体验！
请注意：只适合尝鲜使用，部分flag会造成Catsxp浏览器功能异常，如点击侧边栏按钮闪退。
