能不能出一个破除catxsp老版本升级提醒的patch类的？

基本上不喜欢升级更新，无论chrome还是windows，
一直用catsxp，有些老版本用的很顺手，也不想升级，可是每次右上角弹出无法升级之类的很烦人
能不能出格补丁或其他的可以破除老版本的这个问题，让它不弹窗

Windows我倒是一安装，第一件事就是不让它升级，这货一升级，一大堆垃圾。其它应用程序我倒是喜欢新的。

In older versions (core 136 and below), there was no such popup "cannot update catsxp" reminder in the top right corner at startup.

There is a switch --disable-catsxp-detect-outdated-install, but it is not working anymore.
Maybe the developer could tell us, why.
