Long waiting time for the update to start

Hello. I have been having a problem with updating my browser for quite some time. Whenever an update is released, I click on update and restart the browser. The problem is that it takes a very long time for the browser to start after the update, and the same thing happens when I click on About Browser. After a while, a pop-up window with Google Update appears, and a warning is displayed via UAC (User Account Control). Only then does my browser start. This happens even when I download the latest version. I don't know what to do anymore.

I have never seen a pop-up window with a Google update when there is an update available. I know that it is the catsxp updater that triggers this pop-up window.

Manually delete according to the instructions in the post
Completely uninstall, try reinstalling again

One more question: I have my browser cache stored on a RAM disk to reduce wear and tear on my SSD. Could this also affect the updates?

When the UAC prompt appears, it is highly likely due to a permission issue. Not an administrator?
When uninstalling, do not check the option to delete user data, as it will not actually delete any data
