5.9.2 Dev tools cannot save images

Steps to reproduce:

Open any web page with images
Right click / Inspect
In developer tools, tab Network/Img select an image
Right click on the image preview, select Save image as

Result: Nothing happens
Expected result: The file save dialog should open.
