Forced administrator after installing

Hello, recently I freshly installed catsxp on another computer. I have 2 computers, with one working normal, while the other one, after freshly installing catsxp, the browser opened normally. Then, the 2nd time I open it, it asked me for admin permission every time. When I grant it permission, the browser can't start, and there is no way to open it without admin.

I have tried to change the installation location from Programs Files to Programs Data, even to the other D:\ Drive but it still forces me to open it via admin priveleges

Catsxp does not force users to run programs with administrator privileges
If this situation occurs, please configure the system permissions by the user themselves
This is not a problem that catsxp can help users solve
Especially for programs like browsers, they need to be downloaded online. If they have administrator privileges, the risks are unknown and dangerous
