Starting with Google Chrome 130, a new type of pop-up notification is used.

Pop-up notifications appear in the center of the top of the screen, below the tabs. They confirm that an action has been performed and may offer additional options.

Chrome displays the Link copied pop-up notification when you right-click on a link and select Copy link address.

In beta-10 this flag is removed and pop-up notifications cannot be disabled. And this is very annoying.
But in the release this flag is not there, as well as there are no annoying pop-up notifications.
So I probably rushed with the request to return #top-chrome-toasts

This prompt is called by super drag and drop
I had previously added a setting for whether to enable this prompt, but later tested it and found that there were logical issues. If it was turned off, the super drag would be abnormal, so I cleared it later
