Can I export all of my settings?

Hello, currently I'm using Catsxp (Maoyan?) on 2 laptops. I want to import all of my settings from one laptop to the other laptop (I have turned on google sync, but it doesn't sync the browser settings). I have tabs settings, privacy settings on one laptop, but can't export it to the other.

Is there a way? Thank you all
