Websites stop responding to mouse clicks randomly

I appears almost on all websites, randomly:

When I browse a page, after some time, URL hyperlinks cannot be clicked by a left mouse button - the "hand" disappears, and only a standard arrow is visible, when hovering over the hyperlink.

If I wait for some additional time, the normal function restores, cursor "hand" is visible again and the URLs are clickable again.

Yes, this problem arises sometimes after using a mouse gesture, like back, new tab, go to top... but not always. Maybe it is not related...

Ptoblem definatelly begins after screensaver. Maybe something else, but screensaver is sure.
