From version 140.5.9.3 to 144.6.1.3

With this setting, the bookmarks bar is only displayed on the built-in new tab.
If you use https://chromewebstore.google.com/detai ... dehpccoejm or similar extensions, the panel won't display.
This was correct in version 139.5.8.2.
Please correct this.
