Settings/Tab/Appearance/Vertical tab min width.
In ru.pak "Минимальная ширина вкладки" - "Minimum Tab Width" This leads to confusion about which tab this setting refers to.
It's recommended to change "Минимальная ширина вкладки" to "Минимальная ширина вертикальной вкладки"

The identifier and sorting have not been changed.
