I forgot to mention that I have Windows 10.
This happens when a theme from the Chrome Store is installed.
It happens not only on first launch or when opening a new tab, but also when opening the Settings tab.
There was no such failure in 141.5.10.2.

5.10.3 Beta 4 is still the same breakdown as in previous betas.
Google Chrome 141.0.7390.66 works great with this theme.
I tried it on several versions of Brave - everything was fine too.

This is most likely due to the use of transparent backgrounds
try fixing!
