Portable Catsxp sometimes does not close completely/does not start completely
I only had a portable version with the v137 kernel on Windows 7 that worked fine (I returned to it). The following 138, 139, 140 sometimes do not completely close their processes (visible in the task manager), and then when you "newly" launch the browser, all open tabs are lost. When you reboot the computer without closing the current processes, open tabs are also lost. If you start manually closing processes, then open tabs may be lost, and extensions that were running will be disabled.
Could this be due to a large number of tabs (combined into groups), or due to the use of a program to clean up traces of activity (file garbage)?
The "anti-boss" mode and "continuing background tasks after closing the browser" are disabled.
Sometimes, when you launch Catsxp again, only two processes are launched, and the browser itself does not launch completely.
This has already been described in this thread - viewtopic.php?t=4917&sid=6ca88ef5de7b81 ... 1bb43510fe
If you manually terminate the topmost process, both will close, after which a new launch of Catsxp works completely correctly:
