The developer mode in the custom filers section is always enabled, even if the switch is Off.
Catsxp 5.5.3 x64

Steps to reproduce:

- disable any adblocker extension, if you have it
- go to catsxp://settings/shields, set the filtering to standard or aggresive
- go to catsxp://settings/shields/filters, enable the developer mode a type some adblock rules to the text area; test if they are working on the web
- go to catsxp://settings/shields/filters again, disable the developer mode

Now, the custom filter rules should not work, but they do. The developer mode is still enabled, even if the switch is off.

Expected behavior (like it was in 5.4.3): Setting the switch Off should disable custom filter rules.

Are all pages like this?

The global setting of shield does not affect the custom settings of a certain page
For example, if a shield function is enabled on a certain address page, and the function is disabled in the global settings, the function of the address page will continue to take effect

I don't know if Catsxp has some individual page settings for filters available, I did not find it.
I use the global settings...
