Downloading an executable from this page got me this:

Is there a way to prevent Catsxp from blocking downloads like this one?

我今天也是在另一个下载链接上遇到这个问题，也是提示不安全然后自动删除了，并且enable了上面的两个flags以后也一样
第一次显示“失败-下载错误”，如果点三个点然后重新下载，就会显示“失败 - 检测到病毒”
用火狐测试了一下，是可以下载的，用edge就会显示失败-检测到病毒，猜测是chrome内核的问题
