all my passwords and cookies were deleted

When launched the browser today a error window appeared, I allowed this error to be sent to the developers. I noticed that I was logged out of all websites, all passwords disappeared from the password manager and in the settings I saw that all cookies were deleted. Is there any way to restore all this? Browser settings, extensions and history have not been deleted.
Update 1: In C:\Users\me\AppData\Local\CatsxpSoftware\Catsxp-Browser\User Data\Default I found a file called Login Data, in this file I found links to websites and my email addresses next to them, I don't see my passwords there, but I am not able to open this file completely correctly, so maybe they are there, but encrypted.
