I want to know which Site and Shields settings are cleared

Site and Shields settings in Clear browsing data... is like a big black box. I don't know which sites are in it. The only thing I know is if I select it then all of the sites I set to not turn Dark on are reverted back to the default setting (which is Dark enabled).
