In 445 (just like was in 42 too) menu color is awful black despite color settings.
Please, get back color scheme working.

It doesn't change anything. Menu color is black no matter enabled or disabled this parameter.
I mean for the standart black theme.
In previous versions menu was grey (you can see on screenshot in first post) on standart dark theme.

Dark Theme
The color will be a bit darker
Can be set as a light color theme, and then customize the color scheme to choose dark colors

Well, in 446 menu color for default dark theme is normal back again.

In 4.10.3 menu color on stock dark theme is totally black again.
I understand it's not i big problem, but it's quite inconvinient.
