Catsxp Dark button doesn't available on incognito window

Catsxp Dark itself still working fine on incognito window. Only the button on the address bar is not available. To customize the setting for a particular site, has to go back to normal window to open that site. This is the case since I knew about Catsxp. Is there any technical issues for it had to be this way? I don't think it's really a bug because if it's bug why no one has ever noticed about it?
